Hank Johnson Suggests That Someone Planted the Top Secret Files on Joe Biden

Rep Hank Johnson claims top secret files were planted on Biden.

Rep Hank Johnson, who famously worried that too many people would cause the island of Guam to capsize is now suggesting that Joe Biden did not steal the top secret files he had in his possession but rather they were planted on him in order to impugn his character. This guy is not only as dumb as a Democratic politician, he is also dumb enough to be a Democratic voter.

Joe Biden has already confessed that he broke the law by stealing files from the White House and storing them in his office and his home in Delaware and yet Johnson thinks anyone could take him seriously that they were planted on him. When Peter Doocy asked Biden about keeping some of those classified documents in his house, Biden justified it by saying his garage was kept locked. Democrats claim that Trump’s actions were worse than Biden’s. Is that true?

Of course, it isn’t because Trump’s was legal, whereas Biden’s actions were illegal. Presidents do have the right to remove any document they wish, but vice presidents do not have a legal right to remove any documents whatsoever. But, the Democrats are trying to frame it in such a way that Trump broke the law, but Biden didn’t.

Johnson said:

“My response to it all is that alleged classified documents showing up allegedly in the possession of Joseph Biden, you know, I mean, there’s so much that needs to be investigated. And that’s, that’s what I called for is for everything to be investigated, but I’m suspicious of the timing of it.”

“I’m also aware of the fact that things can be planted on people, places and things can be planted, things can be planted in places and then discovered conveniently, that may be what has occurred here. I’m not ruling that out.”

“But I don’t, I’m open in terms of the investigation needs to be investigated.”

The initial investigation began sometime after Biden’s personal attorney found 10 classified documents were found in Biden’s office at the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement in Washington. A lawyer found the documents on November 2nd 2022. But, they covered it up until after the election. Johnson’s comment is so strange considering the fact that Joe Biden isn’t contesting the fact that he stole the documents. But, then again, he is not the sharpest crayon in the box.

Sauber said in a subsequent statement that a review of Biden’s known offices, quarters, and other spaces turned up a second set of classified documents at the president’s home in Wilmington, Delaware, according to The New York Times.

U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland responded to the growing controversy by announcing Thursday that he had appointed a special counsel to further investigate the matter.

Garland appointed former U.S. Attorney Robert Hur — who served during the Trump administration — to serve as special counsel in the investigation after the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois John Lausch, who was assigned to do an initial review of the case, recommended to Garland that a special counsel be appointed.

“On January 5th, 2023, Mr. Lausch briefed me on the results of his initial investigation and advised me that further investigation by a special counsel was warranted. Based on Mr. Lausch’s initial investigation, I concluded that, under the special counsel regulations, it was in the public interest to appoint a special counsel,” Garland said. “In the days since, while Mr. Lausch continued the investigation, the department identified Mr. Hur for appointment as special counsel.”

The order signed by Garland said that Hur would investigate “the possible unauthorized removal and retention of classified documents or other records discovered.”

Garland said at the press conference:

“The document authorizes him to investigate whether any person or entity violated the law in connection with this matter. The special counsel will not be subject to the day-to-day supervision of any official of the department, but he must comply with the regulations, procedures and policies of the department.”
